Check out our 40 Mile Relay covering the Southeast corner of Coles County! This year's race starts at 9:00 am on November 4, 2023 at Carl Sandburg School, 1924 Reynolds Drive.
Our 40 mile loop course can be run individually or with up to 4 runners. Each team/individual is allowed one support vehicle during the race. Team members run in any order through out the course.  Runners can pick and choose which leg to run. No minimum per runner. Each team is required to provide your own water and food for the race. Some water and snack items will be at the start line for you. There are no water stations on the course. Some of the transitions have running water where you can refill your own bottles. Each transition area has either a “real” bathroom or a Port-A-Potty. Nothing larger than a 15 passenger  van or SUV are allowed as support vehicles. View entire course on Strava.com
